Excuse me… you’ve got a milkshake-Mo!
One thing you cannot go wrong with is a good milkshake, so why miss it out when trying to eat healthy?
Well, say no more. This week @twicethehealth have been using Wheyhey to create some quick and easy recipes for those of you on the go and who have completed your first week of MOving!
Try out their Vanilla Wheyhey & Banana Milkshake
– 1 Tub Vanilla Whey Hey
– 1 Medium Banana
– 1tbsp Cacao Nibs
– 1/2tbsp Peanut Butter
– 1tsp Chia Seeds
– 1/2tsp Flax Seeds
Simply blend all together. Add a little water if too thick!
