We’ve got a simply but oh so tasty treat for you this week! Created by our Wheyhey chef Heather, we’re sure this will satisfy any cravings!:)
The tasty bits:
1 Raspberry & white chocolate Quest bar
50g Fresh raspberries
1 Small tub of Wheyhey vanilla
And here’s what you do
Preheat the oven to 180’c
Line and lightly oil a baking sheet. Crumble the quest bar onto the baking sheet in small chunks. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the chunks are golden brown but be careful not to burn them. Set aside and allow them to cool and crisp up.
Whilst the crumble is cooling, microwave the raspberries for 60 – 90 seconds until they slightly soften and gently bubble.
Compile your crumble by topping the cooked raspberries with most of the crumble, Wheyhey ice cream and finish with the remaining crumble and some sugar free sauce like Walden Farms or some of the raspberry juice if you do not have any.
Vanilla Wheyhey like all of our ice-creams taste amazing with all fruit, so if you’re not a raspberry fan or fancy mixing it up try some different fruits… the more exotic the better!
