Perfect for refuelling, breakfast or a sweet snack in the evening.
Scoop 1/2 a tub of salted caramel Wheyhey into a blender, add a little milk of choice (Clare uses soya milk) and 6 lotus biscuits.
Whizz to perfection and enjoy!
Why not try mixing it up and using different biscuits? Salted caramel & oreo anyone?
