It’s Thursday (Almost the weekend!) and wheyhey chefs, Teddy & Alex, have whipped up a recipe everyone needs to try!
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Milk
½ Tsp of Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar or other Sweetener
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 small tub of Wheyhey Banoffee
1 handful of strawberries.
Whisk together all the ingredients until there are no more lumps.
Ladle ¼ of a cup of the batter into a hot pancake skillet and cook until the outer edges are bubbling.
Flip pancake and cook the other side.
Top with strawberries and serve with Wheyhey Banoffee ice-cream.
