Chocolate chip Pancakes topped with Wheyhey!
– 30g of coconut flour
– 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
– 25g of protein powder
– 100ml of water
– 50ml of egg whites
Simply combine all of the dry ingredients and then add in the wet.
Spoon a tablespoon of mixture in to a frying pan and spread in to a pancake shape; leave to cook on each side on a lowish heat for 4 minutes or so!
Then add your Chocolate Wheyhey on top along with all your favourite toppings! Enjoy
