Come rain or shine, eating this will transport you to a tropical destination. This recipe couldn’t be simpler, in three short steps you with have a treat for morning, noon or night that will most definitely impress and most importantly it will be Instagram worthy
½ of a banana
3 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 granny smith apple
½ cup of coconut water or squeezed orange juice
1 small tub of Vanilla Wheyhey
A few fresh mint leaves
Chopped mixed nuts
Blend all the ingredients together and pour in a bowl.
Top with your favorite toppings.
