½ frozen banana
2 cups of frozen forest fruit
¾ almond milk
2 tbs of fat free greek yoghurt
A squeeze of half an orange
1 small tub of Strawberry WheyHey
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender, blend and you have yourself a refreshing smoothie.
- Pour smoothie in a bowl.
- Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
